Dr. Floyd Nolen Jones, Th.D., Ph.D., whose seminal work, The Chronology of the Old Testament: A Return to the Basics (with charts), has become the standard reference on the subject.
Other publications include The Chronology of The Life of Christ, a harmony of the four Gospels with Chronological Compendium; The Persian Problem, an in-depth academic work addressing many biblical problems relating to the Neo-Babylonian and Persian kings of the fifth and sixth centuries BC.
In addition to books in defense of the traditional biblical text that expose the soft underbelly latent in textual criticism theory, The Septuagint: A Critical Analysis is a defense of the Hebrew Masoretic Text for the Old Testament, Which Version Is The Bible and Ripped Out of the Bible are a defense of the historical New Testament text, referred to as the Textus Receptus (Latin: "received text"), being understood to mean, “the text as received from the LORD.”
Dr. Jones is currently working on his Apples of Gold Collection, a series of brief apologetics clarifying apparent errors in the Word of God, which some believe discredit its authority. His works are committed to honoring the verbal and plenary inspiration and providential preservation of the copy of Holy Scripture as authentical, handed down to us by the saints in the unsurpassed English translation of the King James Bible of 1611.
